Project Details
The Stoneworld Loganholme project was all about creating a strong and practical shade solution that blends functionality with style. Our team designed and fabricated a cantilever waterproof structure spanning across 16 car spaces in the existing carpark. This was built to full engineering design and specification standards, ensuring lasting strength and performance.
To support the structure, nine new footings were poured with cages and base plates using hold-down bolts. Where possible, existing uprights were retained, with additional posts carefully placed between to provide balanced coverage. The result is a secure and efficient installation designed to withstand the test of time.
The shade itself features a premium Serge Ferrari 502 waterproof membrane, backed by a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty. This material not only guarantees reliable weather protection but also maintains a sleek finish. Every piece of structural steel was coated in a meticulous three-step process, finished with an architectural-grade paint system in the client’s chosen colour.
To complete the look, we also installed a Z32 Charcoal shade sail apron, adding both functionality and a modern aesthetic. The combination of waterproof coverage and stylish detailing makes this project a standout addition to the Stoneworld Loganholme site.
