Project Details

This replacement shade sail over an apartment balcony in the Living Choice Twin Waters Retirement Village is a simple and cost-effective way to cool the balcony and the entire apartment.

Our custom made shade sails do more than just create shade under them, they can promote airflow, reduce glare and lower the ambient temperature. They are an affordable and permanent solution compared to solid roofed structures and can save you money on your electricity bill.

316 STAINLESS STEEL

We use 316 ‘marine grade’ stainless steel hardware which is particularly suited for coastal locations for our roof and wall mounts, as well as the turnbuckles, shackles and eye bolts.
