Project Details

The versatility of shade sail designs is on display with this project. Our QBCC licenced installer completed this carport style shade sail in Pelican Waters with a nice twist coming off the skillion roof with great results.

Using sail track along the roof we created a twist to the shade sail resulting in an attractive and practical final look complimenting the design of the house.

	Structure:	Two 100 mm x 100 mm with a 4 mm wall steel posts and powder-coated 'Ironstone'
	Hardware:	Sail track along the skillion roof and 316 stainless steel turnbuckles and shackles

A great job by Dave and Josh, and very happy with the service and workmanship. We had one big sail erected at garage a few months ago, then we recently had a waterproof sail erected off the pergola. Awesome, quality job guys!

316 STAINLESS STEEL

We use 316 ‘marine grade’ stainless steel hardware which is particularly suited for coastal locations for our roof and wall mounts, as well as the turnbuckles, shackles and eye bolts.
